She reads a lot and is very smart, which is why, along with her other awesome attributes, I love her so much. Hazel frequently shares perceptive insights. That’s how I feel about The Fault in Our Stars. Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book. Hazel, the protagonist of The Fault in Our Stars, says something wonderful about books early on in her story. I’m going to talk about The Fault in Our Stars one more time.
